As of 2019, there was not any dislocation taking place.
Do you consider this an environmental justice success? Was environmental justice served?:No
Briefly explain:The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) - Brussels sent official letter to the municipality of Kochani requiring securing social housing to the Roma. The municipality is obliged to respond by 15th of September 2019. If not, the ERRC will take the case to the court. The municipality did not take any action so far, as they said due to lack of financial support.
